By booking any service with Drip Cabo IV Therapy (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services
Drip Cabo IV Therapy provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services administered by qualified medical professionals. These services are intended for wellness and hydration purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor replace emergency or hospital care.
Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm all appointments. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Property Access Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for confirming in advance with their resort, hotel, Airbnb, or residence that outside medical or wellness providers are permitted on the property. Drip Cabo IV Therapy is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or restrictions due to property policies or security. If access is denied or limited for any reason beyond the Company’s control, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for full rescheduling or deposit credit.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are eligible for a one-time reschedule only.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or denied access will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited at the sole discretion of the Company.
Medical Consent
By booking services, the Client confirms they are voluntarily requesting IV therapy and consent to treatment. The Client affirms that all medical information provided is accurate and complete, including disclosure of allergies, medications, pregnancy, and any existing medical conditions. The Client understands IV therapy carries potential risks and side effects, results are not guaranteed, and services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Medical staff reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed unsafe.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
The Client acknowledges that IV therapy involves inherent risks. By receiving services, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Drip Cabo IV Therapy, its owners, staff, contractors, and medical personnel from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the services provided, except where prohibited by law.
Service Limitations
Drip Cabo IV Therapy reserves the right to refuse service to any Client or discontinue treatment at any time for medical or safety reasons.
Delays & External Factors
Drip Cabo IV Therapy is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, resort/security procedures, or client availability.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Baja California Sur.
Agreement
By booking and checking the box, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.s, cancellation policy, or other agreements here. Any links that are put here will be made clickable (as long as they start with ‘http://’ or ‘https://’), for example like https://acuityscheduling.com/terms.php
